The HP Slate 7 is from the stable of HP Company and was released into the market on April 2013. This device is not a telecommunication or GSM device, and does not support voice calls, SMS or MMS, its more like a Tablet for accessing the internet, and downloading files for storage. I will provide a brief review on the specifications and pros and cons of the device.

On the physical side; the device comes with a 197.1 * 116.1 *10.7 mm dimension, it weighs about 372 grams, while the screen is an LCD capacitive touch screen with a 600 * 1024 pixel. The primary camera comes with a 3.15 Mega Pixels and does not come with a secondary camera.
While on the internal aspect or internal features; the devices comes with an internal memory of 8GB, and a 1GB of RAM, WiFi and Bluetooth version 2.1. It runs on the Android4.1 Jelly Bean operating system, with a dual-core 1.6 GHz cortex A9 CPU. The battery is a non removable battery that has talk time of up to 5 hours.

Other inbuilt features that come with the device include; Document viewer, MP3 and MP4 player, Google Map, YouTube.

The Pros Of The Device:
The device can be used as a Hotspot Wifi, or wireless connection to access the internet with a laptop or other device.
The Cons of the Device:
It does not come with telecommunication features, and so cannot be used for voice calls, text messaging or sending of Multi media files.
