Phone repair has to do with taking a faulty phone to a phone technician to repair the fault or damage while on the other hand phone replacement have to do with purchasing a new phone instead to taking the faulty one to be repaired.

Let’s look at some of the pros and cons of the phone repair and phone replacement before we make a choice for which of the option is better off.

Pros of Phone repair
(1) it is cheaper to repair a phone that is bury a new one.
(2) The damage might be a minor one that will just require you charging a part of the phone.

Cons of Phone Repair:
(1) A phone that comes with guarantee, once it is repaired by you within the guarantee period invalidates the guarantee agreement
(2) some fault can lead to another after repairs and this will require constant repairs.
(3) There are some phone parts that are scarce and costly that it is better to outright purchase a new device.

Pros of phone replacement:
(1) The phone will be damage free and last longer for you.
(2) some new phones come with guarantee, so you can return it and get a new phone if it is develops any fault.

Cons of buying phone replacement: It is much costlier to buy a new phone than it is to repair and damaged phone.

We have seen that the cons of phone repair is greater than the con of phone replacement and the only con that replacing a phone has is the cost of buying a new one. So, if you are financially capable of buying a new phone, you should go ahead and do so.
