There are over 10 Smartphone company brands in Nigeria, ranging from Tecno, iPhone, Samsung, Motorola, etc, but out of these numerous brands, Nokia is still the leading brand in the country. Nokia still dominates the Nigerian market despite other efforts made buy other Smartphone brands. In this article, I will mention reasons why Nigerians love Nokia phones and why Nokia still dominates the Nigerian market.

Battery Life: one thing Nokia phones are know for is their battery life . Nokia phone battery lasts much longer than that of other phones in the sane category, and due to the fact that power supply in Nigeria is not that steady, people love phones that will not need to be charged every now and then, so Nokia is the best bet for them.

Simplicity: Nokia phones have very simple designs and features, its so easy that even a person that has not handled a phone can get use to using it after handling the phone for a few hours.

Many Operating Systems To Choose From: most of the other phone brands focus more on the android operating system, but Nokia has phones in many platforms like; Java, Symbian, Nokia Belle, and recently Android operating systems, giving different people the option to choose from any of the platforms.

Enough Varieties to Choose From: Nokia can rightly be said to be the company to produce a very wide spec and models of phone; from the N series, E series, C series, x series. Lumia series and many more out there
