How to get an ATM debit card from First Bank of Nigeria

A debit card can be used to purchase products online or in an ATM to carry out transactions. Different banks have their own requirements a Customer has to fulfill, order to issue the card.

For you to get a naira debit card from First Bank you have to have an account with them. If you are already operating an account with them, all you need to do is to walk into any of their branch near you and request for a naira credit card for your account. A form will be give to you to fill your details including your account number, name and other information about yourself. After you submit the form, you will be asked to come in a few days time to pick up your card.

If you don’t have an account with First Bank you will be required to open one before a credit card can be issued you.

- Walk into any First Bank that is nearest to you.
- Visit the customer service desk and request for a new account you will be asked to come with the following items:
• 2 recent passport photographs of you
• A recent utility bank (to confirm your address)
• An identification card
• At least N5,000

After you bring the items listed above, you will be given a form to enter your details. When you are done, you can apply for the ATM debit card or you can wait after they have opened the new account number before requesting for it.
