The health problems associated with excessive fats in the body are numerous. They include; high blood pressure, heart failure, obesity, heart attack, diabetes and many more. Loosing weight and maintaining a healthy lifestyle of fitness is very important. In our Society today, Women are more prone to becoming fat and over weight due to different factors such as; Pregnancy and Child birth, none active lifestyle and wrong eating habits. This article will enumerate easy things a fat woman and do in order to loos weight. FOUR EASY THINGS A FAT WOMAN CAN DO TO LOOSE WEIGHT:

1. Healthy Eating Habits: A fat woman can loose weight by adopting and maintaining healthy eating habits. She should avoid fatty foods and foods that are high in carbohydrates. She should rather focus more on eating foods high on protein like beans, vegetables. Also eating fruits in large quantity, especially raw fruits are recommended for her. She should also reduce or stop the intake of sugar Soft drinks and Alcohol.
Her daily food intake should consist of six small portions of food with plenty protein, Vegetables and fruits through out the day, and each meal should not contain above 400 Calories. 2. Working out: One major reason why most Women become fat or over weight is because they do not Exercise. Exercise is very essential in order to loose weight and for a Fat Woman, It is advised that she maintains an Exercise routine of at least 45 minutes a day for three days a week to be effective. Do some workout until you actually break a sweat. A long walk everyday for 30 to 45 minutes can actually help you to lose weight in 30 days.
You doe not have to spend cash registering in a Gym when there are some simple workouts you can do in the privacy of your home such as jogging, Sit-ups, Push-ups, Squats and Bicycle crunch. Spending at least 45 minutes daily to do these simple Workouts can help you loose weight in the long run.3. Maintaining an Active Lifestyle: Most Fat Women are so because they are less active. That is one major reason they add-on weight faster. By maintaining an active lifestyle, I mean those little activities you do throughout the day that makes you walk around from one place to another and keeps you active. For instance, using the Staircase instead of Lift, Parking some blocks away from your office and walking the remaining distance to your office building, going for brisk walk every evening after the day’s activities. An active lifestyle can make a fat Women loose a significant amount of weight and keep fit.4. Avoid Late Night Eating: Eating late at night just before gong to bed is one of the surest ways of adding more fats to the body. The reason is because when you eat late and go straight to bed, the body will find it difficult converting the food to energy due to lack of activity and the only option is for the body to convert the food to fats and store them under the skin. A fat woman is advised to stop eating heavy meals after 5pm but she is permitted to eat fruits if she becomes hungry after that time.5. Eating light meals: Don't skip meals for too long and then end up eating a heavy meal all at once. You can break down your meal into smaller portions and eat small portions even if it is 4 times a day.6. Reducing sugar and calorie intake: Avoid taking soft drinks and drinks that contain a lot of sugar if you are already fat. Eat more fruits and vegetables and go less on carbohydrates like yam, potatoes and rice. Finally, its all about determination, it is when Person is determined to loose weight that she will be able to do the things listed above and with time, she will loose fats.
