Everybody wishes to live a long life; but the truth is that it is the little choices we make each day that will determine if we will live a long healthy life or not.

Here are 4 little things you can do each day to live longer;

1. Avoid Bad Habits: you can’t be a drug addict or a chain smoker and expect to live a long healthy life. You have to avoid these little habits that endanger your life if you wish to live a long life.

2. Maintain Healthy Eating Habits: you have to eat more of foods that will nourish your body and build your body immune system; more fruits and vegetables, and also reduce intake of processed sugar and food filled with white carbohydrate.

3. Exercise: make exercise a part of your daily life’s 30 minutes to one hour workout everyday can keep you health, fit and increase your mortality rate. It will also keep fat related disease at bay.

4. Rest Well: having enough rest makes you free from stress and other stress related issues, like depression. Learn to subject some of your responsibilities to other, so you can have enough free time to rest and allow your body build more strength for the next day’s work.

Sleeping at least give hours daily can do your body a whole lot of good. In conclusion, apart from accident and other unplanned events that may lead to death, these tips will help live a longer healthier life.
