First foods, junks, snacks and other unhealthy food have taken over our eating lifestyle; fruits and vegetables are no longer included in our day to day diet or even when included, it will be just a small quantity. This is the major cause of many illness people are suffering from because the saying that you are what you eat is not just a mere saying, it is a reality; you will notice a big difference between someone whose diet consist mostly of carbohydrates and fats from another person whose diet is focused more on proteins and vitamins.
