Things you can do when you are feeling cold

Have you every woken up to notice that you have this cold chilly feeling on your body and the only thought that comes to your mind is how to cover up yourself? Not to worry because cold is a common occurrence and everybody at one point has felt cold and chilly and; as know that cold is not always a sign of sickness, it can be caused by a change of weather which your body is trying to adapt to.

In this article, I will mention few things you can do whenever you notice that you are feeling cold or having the chills:

- Take A Hot Bath: This may be the last thing
you feel like doing when you are feeling cold, but taking a bath with hot water can provide a quick relive for the cold; if you are unable to take the bath immediately, you can soak a towel in a warm water, squeeze out the excess liquid and place if on your forehead

- Drink Something Hot: It can be a cup of hot tea or a small bowl of soup; which ever one it is, Ensure you take while it is very hot. You can use a spoon to take to prevent it from scalding your mouth. This helps to warm up inside your body and in turn put a stop to the heat.

- Wash out Your Hands: If the cold is caused by flu the germs causing the flu may still be on your hands after you sneezed; it is advised to wash of your hands as regularly as you can to keep of germs.
