Why online shopping is better than offline shopping

Online shopping involves ordering a product from a shopping website, making a payment after which the product will be shipped to your address while offline shopping involves going to the store, Super market or boutique to purchase products you need and take it home.

You carry the product home with you immediately after purchase. The purpose of this article is to find out online and Offline shopping which of the two options is better. Before making a conclusion, let’s look into the advantage and disadvantage of the two types of shopping.

Advantage of online shopping:

1. Shopping online is less stressful as you can order for all the products you need and make payments for them with your debit card all in the comfort of your home.

2. The pay on delivery option gives you the opportunity to checkout the quality of the product before you make your payment.

3. It saves your time in traffic and queuing.

Disadvantages of Online Shopping:

1. Non immediate delivery: Your product is delayed for a time before it gets to you, especially if the shopping site is in another country.

2. You don't test the product or feel it before buying it

Advantages of offline shopping:

1. You get to see the quality of the products before making payments

2. You pickup items immediately after paying for it

Disadvantage of offline shopping:

1. It is more stressful going from one shop to another to pick up your products

2. Queuing: There might be a long queue in the Super market in which case you are to wait a long while before you get served.

I have mentioned the advantages and disadvantages of each of the means of shopping, but personally, I think that online shopping is much better than offline shopping.
